Planning Interview: “‘Be Prepared’ for Policy Windows: Cultivating Campus Change”

This is a Planning Interview with Vicki Squires, author of the Planning journal article from issue V41N3, and with Joan Hope.

About the author: Vicki Squires currently works as the manager of planning, program development, and assessment in the Student and Enrollment Services Division at the University of Saskatchewan in Saskatoon, SK. After working for many years as a vice principal and special education teacher, she returned to the university to complete her doctorate in educational administration; her research focused on integrated planning and policy development in higher education. Since she completed her doctorate, she has worked in administration at the University of Saskatoon. Recently, she completed Step III of the SCUP Planning Institute through the Society for College and University Planning’s Planning Institute.
